WAIT!!!! Since Spectrum is a big program, our hosting provider would not allow us to upload the file in one piece, so we split into 2 install files. Install The first one first called "Main Installer", then once that done, install the "Resource Directory". Do NOT run Spectrum until both are properly installed.
